We believe in full transparency - our pricing is clearly displayed on our website, so you know exactly what to expect before working with us. We offer Full Planning, Part Planning, and On the Day Coordination, making it easy to determine if we align with your budget from the start.
Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Our tiered payment plan aligns with our cancellation terms, ensuring fairness. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, as our work begins from day one - unlike many suppliers who start closer to your wedding date.
Bespoke Services
Need something in between our standard packages? We offer bespoke services tailored to your needs. Following your Discovery Call, we’ll advise on any additional charges if you’d like to customize or upgrade your package.
Booking Process
1) Book your Discovery Call
2) Receive our tailored Proposal via email
3) If happy, sign our T&Cs and pay your deposit
4) Once confirmed, you’ll receive our Planning Handbook and book your first official consultation!
Payment Plans
Our standard payment terms are normally split into three stages:
30% deposit to secure your booking
30% midway through your planning journey
Final payment due three months before your wedding
Availability
We take a one-wedding-per-day approach to ensure our full attention is on you. We also aim to limit bookings to one wedding per week, maintaining our signature high-quality, personalised service. We also work with your availability across all timezones!
